Last week, posted a new licensing agreement under which Oracle Solaris ceases to be a free OS. After the registration is only available 90-day trial version, and then have to buy a paid license.
Also announced that some of the features Oracle Solaris no longer be represented in OpenSolaris, which could mean the gradual extinction of the project. From that day on OpenSolaris is a direct competitor business Oracle, and the future of this open operating system at great risk.
